The Service, including its design, code, and original content, is owned by CHIFFON Frameworks LLC and protected by intellectual property laws.

Public data aggregated from county sources remains in the public domain. Our value-add includes data normalization, enrichment, and presentation.

• Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• Prices may change with 30 days notice
• Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase
• You may cancel at any time; access continues through the current billing period
• Failed payments may result in service suspension
